We have some fantastic news to share with the Vineland community!

At Uriah Child Care, our mission has always been to provide high-quality, nurturing care for your little ones. To better serve the growing needs of families in Vineland and the surrounding areas, we are thrilled to announce our official Grand Opening and Expansion into a brand-new facility!

We have officially moved and expanded to our new home at 30 W Chestnut Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360.

This expansion allows us to welcome more children into the Uriah family in a larger, better-designed space for learning, play, and growth.

Flexible Care for Modern Families

We understand that life for today’s parents doesn’t always fit neatly into a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. Parents work varying hours, including weekends and shifts, to provide for their families. We believe finding reliable childcare shouldn’t add to that stress.

That is why we are proud to offer unparalleled flexibility at our new location. Uriah Child Care is now open 7 days a week, from Monday through Sunday.

To accommodate diverse work schedules, we are open starting at 6:30 AM and offer three distinct shifts:

• First Shift
• Second Shift
• Third Shift

Whether you work early mornings, late nights, or weekends, we are here to ensure your child has a safe, engaging place to be.

Accessible Care: Important Subsidy News for 2026!

We believe that financial constraints shouldn’t prevent a child from receiving excellent care. That is why we are thrilled to share vital news for Vineland families regarding financial assistance.

The New Jersey Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) is reopening for new applications starting in January 2026!

After a temporary pause due to funding limitations, the state is preparing to accept a limited number of new families into the program (aiming to serve an additional 3,000 to 5,000 children statewide). This is a crucial opportunity for qualifying parents to secure support for high-quality childcare, such as that offered at Uriah Child Care.

Key Details for Cumberland County Families:

• Limited Reopening & Priorities: Because funding is limited, available slots will initially be prioritized for specific groups, including families with very low incomes, children with special needs, and families experiencing homelessness.
• New Registration Process: Families must now complete a mandatory Registration Form first to be considered. If space becomes available, you will be notified to complete the full application.
• Local Management: For our families here in Cumberland County, the program is locally managed by Rutgers Southern Regional CCR&R (located right here in Vineland). However, you must still start the process via the statewide registration form.
